User Data Deletion Instructions

AV Concept Products publishes the avconceptproducts.com website and a Facebook (Meta) app of the same name. If you have granted that app access to your Facebook account, you can revoke the access and ask us to delete the personal data linked to it.

There are two independent steps: removing the app from Facebook, then sending us a request to delete your data.

1. Remove the app from Facebook

Removing the app immediately stops any further exchange of data between Facebook and AV Concept Products.

1. Log in to your Facebook account.
2. Open “Settings & privacy”, then “Settings”.
3. In the side menu, select “Apps and Websites”.
4. Find “AV Concept Products” in the list of connected apps.
5. Click “Remove”, then confirm.

Facebook also offers to delete the posts and photos published through the app. Removing the app does not erase data already stored in our systems: to have that erased, send us the request described below.

2. Ask AV Concept Products to delete your data

Send your deletion request by email to:

contact@avconceptproducts.com

So that we can process your request, please include:

• your first and last name as they appear on your Facebook account;
• the email address you used with the app;
• what you are asking for: deletion of your user data.

3. Processing time

We acknowledge your request and delete your data within 30 days of receiving it, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Some information may be kept beyond that period where the law requires it, in particular to meet our accounting and tax obligations. It is no longer used for commercial or advertising purposes.
